From Valdebebas, a car or taxi journey to T4 is typically around 6-8 minutes. With light traffic, T1, T2 and T3 are a practical reference of around 10 minutes.
These are indicative times rather than a guarantee: traffic, time of day and the exact terminal access can change them. The real advantage is that MiniDog is in the immediate Madrid-Barajas area.

In specific situations we may be able to arrange an airport collection or hand-off at T4 or another terminal, subject to prior agreement, availability and timing.
This is not a guaranteed airport transfer service. For a first stay, meeting Luna beforehand is still ideal. But when a family genuinely needs help and their small dog is affectionate, calm and used to being around other dogs, we can consider an exception after a proper conversation. MiniDog exists to help small dogs stay with someone who will care for them when their family needs support.

Can you collect my dog at the airport?
In specific cases we can consider exceptional collection or hand-off by prior agreement and subject to availability. It is not a permanent or guaranteed transfer service.
What if I have an urgent situation and there is no time for the usual introduction walk?
Tell us what has happened. Meeting Luna first is still what we prefer, but MiniDog also wants to help when a family genuinely needs support. If your dog is small, affectionate, calm, sociable and you can give us a clear picture of their character and routine, we can consider an exceptional first stay. It is never automatic: Luna and the guest dog's wellbeing still come first.
Can my dog stay for a few hours before a flight?
Potentially, as day care, depending on availability and the day's organisation. Tell us the terminal, approximate flight time and the margin you need.
Can my dog stay for several days while I travel?
Yes. MiniDog offers overnight stays, weekends and holiday care for small dogs, subject to availability and a good fit with Luna.
